🎓 Design Journey: Bridging Technology and Human Experience
I'm Kendall, a UX designer and researcher with a background in psychology, information systems, and human-centered design. My work sits at the intersection of empathy and systems thinking: creating inclusive, intuitive experiences that work as beautifully as they feel.
I've spent over a decade studying how people think and how systems behave, and UX is where those two worlds meet. I specialize in simplifying complexity, making data human, and designing with purpose. My approach is grounded in equity and driven by curiosity.
Whether I'm mapping flows, reworking architecture, or advocating for users no one's thought about yet, I believe great design is both thoughtful and brave. UX is how I turn empathy into impact, a quiet form of activism that builds equity into systems, one inclusive design at a time.
I see design not just as a job, but as a responsibility to leave technology better than we found it — and to keep pushing it forward. UX allows me to turn personal values into scalable change, helping shape products and platforms that serve more people, more fairly.
To me, design is a tool for systemic good — a way to make meaningful progress, one thoughtful decision at a time. 🌱
