Make complexity make sense.
Complex experiences often become difficult long before anyone reaches the interface. Information grows, systems evolve, audiences multiply, and structures that once worked stop reflecting what people actually need.
I use information architecture to bring order to that complexity.
That can mean restructuring a content-heavy website, defining relationships between roles and permissions, organizing functionality across a product ecosystem, or creating clearer pathways through information. I look for the underlying structure of the problem: what belongs together, what needs to remain distinct, how concepts relate, and how people should move between them.
The goal isn't simply to organize information. It's to create systems people can understand.
